I really liked using the Excel Marathon Training Schedule because you can change the dates and there are three levels.

Muscle Soreness

My chiropractor told me today that there was a new study done with vitamin C and muscle soreness. You need to take 1000mg 3 times a day for the three days before the race and then 1000mg on the morning of the race. We would need to start on Wednesday, if you are interested. I am going to try it to see if it makes a difference in the recovery after the race. Just though you might find it interesting.
